The Corporation Point-in-Time Report is only available for Ontario corporations. It displays information on the Public Record for the subject corporation as of a specific date requested by the applicant (“As of Date”). It is based on information filed by the corporation and recorded in the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS), since June 27, 1992 when the system was established. All active directors and officers on the “As of Date” will be listed. In addition if the “As of Date” is the same as the filing date of a notice or return it will display information concerning any director or officer that was reported as ceased on that particular notice or return.
